We are walking distance from the Hicksville LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) train station and are about a mile away from all major expressways. Parking is never an issue.

We also have an office in Brooklyn.

There is a 24-hour CVS next to us in the same mall in our Hicksville, Long Island office. You can pick up your buprenorphine prescription from them or any pharmacy of your choice.

Once inside our practice, you will find ample seating space available for you and companions.

You will be greeted right away by our friendly staff, who will be discreet about the nature of your visit. We are open 365 days and see urgent care patients. Our doctors also participate in many other federal certification programs.

Patients come to our medical doctors for a wide variety of medical problems, not just Suboxone (buprenorphine and naloxone) therapy. You will never feel like you are in a rehab facility on Long Island. Also, our doctors do not practice psychiatry. You will never feel like you are in a mental health facility in NYC or Long Island.

Our medical doctors do not provide pain management services or prescribe opiate medicines, nor do they provide psychiatric care or sleeping medicines. Your loved one who struggles with addiction will be well taken care of here.

We are a Suboxone (buprenorphine and naloxone) therapy program, and we provide counseling and support as part of the therapy program at no extra cost in all our locations in Long Island and NYC. If you need psychiatric therapy, our medical doctors can refer you to mental health professionals locally on Long Island or around our locations in NYC for counseling.

If you are currently receiving care from a mental health provider, we will be happy to coordinate care with them at no additional cost to you.

Our medical doctors routinely check records with the NY State Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement before prescribing Suboxone (buprenorphine and naloxone) treatment.
